a Tabletop roleplaying session
May 26th
13.00h – 14.45h
Amphitheatre III (Room A201) at the School of Arts and Humanities, University of Lisbon
Session in Portuguese, moderated by Marta Costa (representing Rolisboa)
“A Conspiracy Most Cracked” is an epic adventure through Middle-earth in the form of a tabletop roleplaying game!
Here’s a brief look into the quest that awaits players in the words of our GM:
Bilbo Baggins gathers a group of adventurous friends and family at his house to collect notes for his book. The most important object to achieve this is a map drawn by the Old Took, but to obtain it the group must travel to Michel Delving, sneak past everyone, and steal the ancient map before returning to Bag End. This game aims to create a story guided by the Game Master (GM). Players (PC) say what they want to do, and using a 20-sided die (d20), the GM indicates which skill the players must add to the d20 result. Then they are informed if they succeeded or not and the consequences in case of failure. This particular session is designed for all levels of RPG experience, so even if you have never played this type of game before, you can play this session without any problems.
Players may join this journey by following the instructions found here.
